Lori Wagner is a Managing Director of Alliance Real Estate. She is primarily focused on managing relationships with existing partners and cultivating relationships with potential new investors.
Prior to joining Alliance in 2018, Lori oversaw the alternative asset program at Paragon Advisors, a multi-family office. At Paragon she managed bespoke hedge fund and private equity products for Paragon’s clients. Lori was responsible for portfolio construction, risk management, due diligence and client relations for these proprietary products. She has invested in private equity across many sectors, including real estate, energy, buyout, distressed and secondaries, as well as numerous domestic and international hedge fund strategies. Before joining Paragon, Lori worked for Alliance Bernstein as a member of their large-cap growth team where she served as an analyst and investor relations contact for institutional consultants. She has also held various financial analysis and reporting roles at Citi and KeyBank throughout her career.
Lori holds a BA in History with a concentration in Economics from Cornell University.
